Wajid Khan has jumped the Liberal Ship and the thing to do will be to handle the fallout.
Khan is a mistake made in 2006, by a divided, leaderless Liberal party thinking the Tories were actually interested in bi-partisanship, and that certain issues were above politics. They should never have let him "advise" the Tories on any issue of importance. Chalk it up to experience and move on. Send Mr. Khan into political retirement, like Emerson. Make sure he quits before running in the next election, or crush him in the next election.
maybe Dion should consult Belinduh for advice on how to handle the situation ??
ReplyDeleteDing dong apparently got his script from a 2004 copy of the western standard... You are so right, Khan should have been jettisoned soon as he accepted Harpor's invitation. But I do see this as a small coup for the king of partisanship -- now he's going to have someone head into mosques saying that the Cons speak for them, while at the same time have someone in the Temples saying the Cons speak for them. Meanwhile, Stock Day is out and about talking about 'spearchuckers', and many, many Cons supporters are demanding the end to dual citizenship, an end to middle east immigration etc.
ReplyDeleteHarpor certainly won't leave any dark corner unplayed if it will score him a half point...
Celine's first vote of non confidence. He will be gone in time to spend April in Paris.
