In Stressful Times, Calming Voices Are Good To Have Around

During the SARS epidemic of 2003, Sheela Basrur was that calming voice, and in the end the closest thing to a hero that the crisis produced. Unfortunately, Ms. Basrur has lost her battle with Cancer, and the City of Toronto has lost one of its most stalwart defenders. A sad day.
