What the hell's the illirate Dourque referring to?
I love this bit from The Star:
The debt-laden media giant made it clear last week that it is working hard to avoid that perilous outcome. Canwest is negotiating with its noteholders to develop a forbearance agreement and strategize on a potential recapitalization transaction. It is also seeking more leeway from its bankers. The company, however, has given no update on those talks.I'm sure that's related to the fact that CanWest produces products no one wants, but God help me if I can figure it out.
Unlike everyone talking about this, I'm not going to make a point of saying I feel bad about all the poor souls whose livelihoods are in jeopardy until I see Licia Corbella, Lorne Gunter, Kay mère et fils, David Warren and Kelly McParland all fighting each other over the half-eaten Baconater found at the bottom of the dumpster.
A little joke by Bourque, I think.Hmm. Didn't occur to me that he had a sense of humour (since he isn't paid to have one). If so, he didn't pull it off correctly.

Supposed to take you to a blank page. A little joke by Bourque, I think.

ReplyDeleteSay what you will about Bourque, unlike the Aspers he's actually managed to make some money being a Conservative shill.
ReplyDeletePossibly the analyst is hallucinating?
ReplyDeleteI'm glad no one noticed I misspelled "illiterate."
