Our PM In Copenhagen

Prime Minister Stephen Harper arrived at the Bella Center, where the summit is being held, at around 9:30 a.m. local time with bloodshot eyes after attending a gala dinner hosted by the Danish Queen that stretched until two o'clock Friday morning.

Reports say the gala would have gone even later, but Harper insisted on playing piano.

  1. Ti-Guy, your link packed extra punch after reading Sir Francis' post today on the the Fuck All era. We're not a serious country anymore, simple as that. The picture of Harper that accompanies that yahoo story pretty much says it all.

  5. Harper doesn't want to speak - sends in Prentice. Harper not invited at important meetings.

Why did Harper bother to spend our tax dollars to travel to Copenhagen? Photo op? If so, the picture ain't pretty. Man he looks bad, his eyes are red and puffy. Is he sick?

  6. .Lorraine - Harper probably thought it was a great photo-op for him to be with Obama to add to his volumes of propoganda photos to shove in our faces at OUR expense.

  11. Speaking of our changing place in the world under Harper, here is what this former ambassador has to say:

  12. "Getting a restraining order against you, I should imagine."

Actually, I think that Harper is the one who needs the restraining order.

  13. Harper leaves us at year end with a weakend PM because his credibility is so low and his numbers are shpwing signs of tanking even after the high profile he has taken recently.

Harper and his minions are thugs of the highest order and need to be kicked out ASAP.

His support of alberta at the risk of the ROC is pure nonsense. The tar sands are only one part of the equation but he has focused our attention on the need for them to avoid the tough decisions he really needs to make and cannot in his right wing soul.

Lets give him a one taicket and tell him to ge tthe fuck out of dodge.

  14. Ti-guy...I can't even google that one because it's so gross sounding.

    As for:
Double nickle...no idea who you are or what the hell you are talking about. Read a book, get a clue.

Terry 1...Read it 3 times and still don't understand what you are talking about. Don't forget your lithium.

  15. The only thing I like about you Dante is that you don't expect the rest of us to take you seriously.

If only more Righties behaved that way, we'd be much better off.

Gala is such a resonant word, don't you think? Kinda resonates with the ordinary people when they come home from work and see everybody in Copenhagen trying to solve the world's problems and they notice PMSH all subsidized up on our tax dollars attending a gala gala gala that stretches to the wee hours of the morning. Rings like a bell actually.
