Scrubbed

Munir A. Sheikh's resignation letter has been removed from the StatsCan website. Presumably, someone at the ministry thought doing this would cause the census long-form furor to die down more quickly.

They play chess; you and I play an off key kazoo.

  2. Not kazoo, dude; vuvuzela. I like to think there's a very loud discordant buzz filling the PMO, issuing from the pile of 'wtf' letters. Is there any corner not obviously in Harper's pocket that *hasn't* opposed this?

  3. I look forward to the campaign when the Oakville Candidate Liberal Max Khan comes to my door and tells me coercion is required to keep the Census accurate. It is the Canadian thing to do.

Next to state funding for abortions in the Congo, this is going to go over gangbusters in Oakville.

  5. CanadianNonsense avoids the idiocracy of scrubbing the letter to talk about coercion being 'the Canadian thing to do'. Is this person on the same planet? This is not a chess game, bro. It is a blog.

  6. Why am I not shocked Central Planners demand we keep the existing system without any changes.

All those backward European countries like Britain, Germany that are dropping it for their own central databases must be basing it some right wing ideology too!

    Denmark those nutters!

It is funny reading how Liberals, progressives refuse to look at other countries and what they are doing to see if something could be done better before soiling themselves.

Voluntary data collection and polling is not accurate because coercion was not used?

When will the CBC cancel funding for all the voluntary polling data
    which can't be accurate?

Census Data that is seven years old may still be important for many purposes. Not sure how accurate it still is but what the heck I am sure Canada in 2010 is exactly it was in 2003.

Anyone see my hockey stick? :P

What's funnier is that conbots like you support a government that doesnt consult anyone making decisions.

  9. Your welcome Shiner.

Can some fire the photographer on the Liberal Express and ask M.I. to stop with the sill grins?

  12. Tough on Crime?

You mean like PET OCTOBER crisis Chretien at APEC or Quebec City?

Not smart move Shiner, Liberals are much likely to deploy security forces and playing dictator or make up laws.

It is fun watching the foaming from the Liberal media type are pissed of PMO has escaped blame for T.O.

Crime rates are down except for some Youth. Need the link?

We can scrap the Liberal hysteria about building more prisons.

Looks like the NDP and Liberals will be losing some more candidates with those arrests from the G20 fallout.

Kudos for the excellent media coverage of the Goodwill ambassadors in the ninja outfits in Toronto.

Next time the Ontario Liberal Government should rent those Chinese crowd control vehicles with water cannons.

    Super-soaker FTW.

Why are you characterizing the people of Oakville as stupid?
I'm not familiar with the place, but that seems a rather broad brushstroke to apply.

    No.

  17. Lenny I would never question the wisdom of Liberal strategies.

Clearly the Liberal Express, massive crowds, excellent fundraising to date is going to lead to Liberal majority. Iggy-mania will not be denied.

Ignatieff needs only to declare Harper your Times Is Up!
