How does the unsubstantiated allegation of someone accused of illicit activity become anything more than fodder for the gossip mill? And how does this transform itself into a real news story which can then be spun into an outright 'scandal' that the Conservatives should somehow defend themselves against?
Wondering why the blogging tories are so quiet on this story... You know if it were liberals....
