It doesn't work quite as seemlessly as shown, but it DOES change the text to the replacement live and it looks super-cool.
However the free version doesn't translate. It will only reverse text. They charge $5 for Spanish to English and ANOTHER 5 for English to Spanish. No other languages available uet.
