...is that she doesn't have enough original ideas to carry a column; so she pieces them together from the ideas of other writers. Which is fine.  Failing to attribute these ideas to their rightful owners, however...making yourself seem a more substantial thinker than you are...well, that gets you a slap on the wrist, or at least an editorial note.
