Hamlet On The Don

That's what John Tory is.  Nothing is never ruled in, nothing is ever ruled out...until at the last minute a phone call comes saying that the big guy has decided to skip yet another round of politicking.  Who would waste time and money organizing for a candidate who can never decide if he wants to run?  An alternative to Olivia and the Fat Man would be nice, but please...no endless dithering.
