From Toronto Sun Family blog:
Layoffs over at 333 King today. 3 advertising coordinators, and I'm sure there will be more to come before the big move to the National Post building.
PS. The new NP "building" isn't really so much a building as a tent city on the banks of The Don River. The reporters who are left file from a nearby Tim Hortons, using the complimentary wifi there, and pee into the river itself, which is why nothing can live in The Don.

I'm not feeling sorry for these folks.
We all knew it was coming, just many accepting it long before it happened. The writing was on the wall the first day that someone was able to write a blog, someone could comment on it and eventually create a discussion.
One might argue this was decades, centuries or millennia ago when we first started communicating and sharing ideas.
But then corporate media got in the way and tried to control it.
Serves them right.
