KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - March 1, 2010) - On behalf of the Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, Ron Cannan, Member of Parliament (Kelowna–Lake Country), today announced funding for APV Publishing, which publishes 4WD magazine.

This funding (about $21,000) from the Canadian Periodical Fund, which in an earlier incarnation provided monies for small circ. Lit. magazines of the kind that have launched the careers of so many Canadian authors.
