I hardly ever write about Nova Scotia politics.  Who does?  But last time they had an election out there I was kinda the king maker.  This exclusive re then Premier Rodney MacDonald going and shaking his man boobs on a trampoline probably cost him the election.  And, while we're on the topic, these exclusives re the NS Liberals circulating topless photos of NDP candidate Lenore Zann probably kept them out of office.   I'm hoping for better behavior all around this time.  Can we have some issues, people?

Anyway, bottom line is don't fuck with BCLSB.  And, if anyone from team Trudeau is reading, this kind of stuff is why I deserve a Senate appointment, when you guys get in.

All Hail Lenore Zann!

Last night, NDP Star candidate Lenore Zann won the NS riding of Truro-Bible Hill by a good 18% point margin over her Liberal opponent. As you may know, early in the campaign, Lenore, who has starred in such movies as Def-Con 4 andVisiting Hours, suffered a Liberal Party instigated smear when topless photos of her from the tv series The L-Word were leaked to a number of NS media outlets. Party leader Stephen McNeil eventually apologized, but perhaps this set the notion of NS Liberals as scuzzy operators in the public's mind.

In any case, Ms. Zann overcame adversity to triumph in what was previously a Tory strong-hold. Congratulations, Ms. Zann! And, just to say it so it has been said and need never be said again: awesome rack, sister!

Nova Scotia Liberal Apologies For Topless Photo Of NDP Candidate

[Nova Scotia Liberal Leader Stephen] McNeil says he's spoken to Dexter about the issue and is trying to contact [Lenore] Zann to apologize in person "for the way she's been treated, the way the information was put out.

The volunteer that emailed the photo to CBC will be given a 2nd chance.

Lenore Zann is surprised it's the Liberals that would stoop to such tactics. Perhaps not surprising: her IMBD star meter is up 25% this week.

A pointless, juvenile maneuver.

Hopefully, a photo emerges of Stephen McNeil with his schlong hanging out. Or maybe, if we're really lucky, there's a shot of this guy at a nude beach somewhere. That would be hilarious.

Mr. McNeil should apologize on behalf of his party.
