Before there was Working Canadians--its website, devoid of all personal touches that might make you think it was created by a real concerned citizen rather than a PR firm, can be found  here--there was People for a Better Ontario, who appeared not long before the 2011 election call.  Tristan Emmanuel, the guy who stole Neil Young's sideburns, did their PR work which, if I remember correctly, amounted to one single sad youtube clip that I can't find anymore.   This effort looks far more polished.  But all connected up the yin-yan with Tim Hudak's PCPO.

The ECP Centre has never run with a large surplus, and we anticipate that there will continue to be a small deficit. We have arranged for the deficit to be covered so that anyone who is owed funds will be fully paid.

And so Canada's far-right loses its sexxxiest pair of side-burns. Farewell, Tristan, may Neil Young never find out that you swiped 'em.

Analysis: Sue-Ann Levy Was Too Gay For Toronto

A perspective I have not heard elsewhere, from Tristan Emmanuel (I think--he is not sole author at NA), Randy Hillier's PCPO leadership campaign manager:

In Ontario, pro-family and pro-faith advocates are questioning the Tory decision to run lesbian columnist Sue-Ann Levy. In a sharp defeat yesterday, Levy lost to Liberal candidate Dr. Eric Hoskins in the urban Toronto St. Paul’s riding. The question for both the Alberta and Ontario Tories is whether electoral success is really secured through a softening and moderation of traditional party policy principles or a return to principled, grassroots conservatism.

In my mind I see Dalton celebrating his 10th consecutive majority...

...is behind this site (its in the email they send you). So I would suggest that, since Tristan is Randy's campaign manager, it isn't a "support Randy Hillier" site, it's a Hillier campaign site.

And the upshot of this bit of text:

... is that your doctor won't even have to tell you where you might go to get abortion counselling if he is against the procedure.

Meet Tristan Emmanuel

Here's Tristan on Canada:

Here's Tristan on homosexuals and Svend Robinson's private member's bill C-415

In fact, Bill C-415 is another example of how sexual deviants are seeking to reorder Canada's criminal law to suit their own objectives. The bill exposes to criminal prosecution anyone who makes statements that could he construed as 'promoting hatred' against homosexuals: a nebulous and ill-defined crime if ever there were. Mrs. Landholt predicts it will 'close down public debate on the homosexual issue.

And, one thing I didn't know (from Tristan's website): apparently Mr. Hillier was one of the brave 300 hundred to attend Speechypalooza in London on April 13th (along with Shaidle, Levant and Co.).


Lets be clear: the Randy Hillier/Tristan Emmanuel team will not win the OPCP leadership nomination. It does tell you something about the party, though, that they're considered a part of the OPCP family.



On the upside, Neil Young can demand his side-burns back.
