Photos of "moa" footprints in Fiordland and evidence elsewhere in New Zealand have reignited claims the supposedly extinct birds are still roaming the countryside.The picture (from Cryptomundo) is supposed to be of a live Moa photographed on New Zealand's South Island back in 1993. Looks more like an emu to me, if not a blob on the film. Why are these kinds of pictures always out of focus?

They're not out of focus. That's how these beasts really look. Get the ID scienticians on it and they'll prove it.
