From The LifeSite:
SEATTLE, February 14, 2007 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Another 100 scientists have joined the ranks of scientists from around the world publicly stating their doubts about the adequacy of Darwin's theory of evolution.
This brings the number to 700! Of course, since there are 2,650,000 working scientists in the U.S. alone (2001 figures), the Creationists still have alot of work to do.
Yes, I know mocking the LifeSite is like kicking a puppy. But its a slow news day.

Slow news day? Good gosh man, check the TorStar site, the LPC has been cleared in the Goodale trust fiasco that probably cost you the last election. Turn in your Party card now.
"Keep anti-terror measures on books, Dion urged

OTTAWA — Three former Liberal ministers emerged Wed-nesday to oppose their party’s position on a pair of contentious anti-terror measures, arguing like the Conservatives that the provisions should be safeguarded as a matter of public interest.
Former public safety minister Anne McLellan, former finance minister John Manley and former justice minister Irwin Cotler said the measures, introduced in the wake of the 9-11 attacks by their government, should not be allowed to lapse as Liberal Leader Stephane Dion has suggested.
Dion was not at his caucus’ weekly meeting, but sources said his MPs debated the issue at length behind closed doors.
that's some solidarity. Wonder why Mr. Dion skipped the caucus ?
The Liberal civil war continues.
funny how you put the total number of scientists and do not distinguish the type of scientist congrats on another liberal lie.
Either does the Lifesite Number. They'll take anyone on their list.
"As a Christian, I acknowledge the lordship of Jesus Christ over the whole universe ... I believe that the Bible is the infallible word of God and every word in it, cover to cover, is true."

no, they take scientist that are involved in darwinian theory ,if you had bothered to follow the link but like any liberal your lazy. you take scientists in any specialty not specific to global warming. so your numbers can include metalurgists medical sciences or any other specialty. specify the ones involved in global warming or keep on being an idiot.

Anon 8:03,
The guy the quote is a pediatrician. How does that involve him in Darwinian science?
Everyone at LifeSite just needs a good and proper shagging. The sexual frustration that pours out of every sentence written there is so blatant it's almost pornographic.
"The real intolerance in Canadian society is shown by those who would deny people of faith the right to participate in public life."
If only that were true.
These knobs think "participating in public life" means that they should be allowed to spew the most insane nonsense and the rest of us (sane people) should remain quiet.
What an odd understanding of "public life."
Anon 8:13 I'd be all for Mr Day's opinion if he hadn't used his public post to push his Christian agenda on everyone.
how does that invalidate his personnal belief if he is quoting noted scientists unlike yourself quoting any disconnected scientist.
there you ti-guy professing violence
for people speaking freely.i got one for you prove them wrong envoie mon ti-guy vas y fort puis si tu n'est pas francais utiliser un nom comme ti-guy c'est insultant et racist.

Grosse menteuse. You're so discombobulated, your typing and...grammaire...is sucking and you can't even find Character Map.
Heh heh.
ah p'tit guidoune still complaining.
to paul ,if he did push his agenda you would have to give me one example because i don't know of one.i'm not for pushing a religious agenda on people who don't want it ,but i am not for the contrary either example: gay pride parade ,they can be gay in their home i don't care don't put it in my face .i know alot of gay people, my girlfriends uncle is gay and was completely againt gay pride and we got along just fine but he also knew that i don't find it normal, but we respect each others opinion.and that is where the debate should be but not on your side darwin is a done deal there is no other possibility and if you say the contrary your an idiot ,a layman ,a neanderthal and if there is a conference you will gang up enter intimidate heckel and harass instead of just listening and saying allright let's see if we can disprove his theory or accept it if you can't.but that will always be the left the witch hunters of lore burning people at the stake ,always nervous reaction and fear no debate.
As most scientists will tell you, there should be no certainty in a theory. You can be 99.9% certain, but there is always doubt, which is the foundation of science. Without doubt, we do not have science. Without doubt, we'd still think the sun revolved around the Earth. Doubt is what fuels scientific discovery; to simply accept the latest theory as the ultimate proof with 100% certainty is to stop the scientific advancement. New understanding of our world is constantly developing; old theories are revised or clarified, or changed entirely. To stifle debate or scientific discovery with ridicule is the height of ignorance and arrogance. As creationists offer up holes in evolutionary theory, it is up to the evos to answer them through research. By this way, scientific understanding will advance. THAT is the necessary response; to prove, to explain, to fill in any holes in any theory.
