Guess The Government CAN Create Jobs

 Tough on Crime = 6,000 more positions within Corrections Canada since 2006.  (Of course, the figure is from Brian Lilley, whose math skills are known to be somewhat limited)

Charles Adler was citing those numbers as a positive for the Conservatives on his Sun News show.
