Andrea Horwath Will Scream Coverup

...but not bring down the OLP government over the discovery of more gas-plant cancellation related docs, because, she claims, she's so damn straight.  Her party has also fallen into 3rd place in the polls. Make of all this what you will.

Try to restrain your downward slide towards harpercon levels of contempt for the rights of the legislature.

This is a serious issue for serious citizens.

If you want to say "a pox on all three of their houses" that would be something different (and better) than this crap.

She blinked. Bet she does on the budget too.

I bet instead of voting for it, the NDP will abstain or walk out on the vote.

It might be the smart thing to do. Public unions are pushing her to make nice. Her party's still in debt from the last election -- and hey, who guaranteed her party's loans? Why it was unions like the Ontario
Public Service Employees Union
.

Yeah, funny, the unions were calling for an election earlier, but things have changed in the last few months. McGuinty's out. Wynne's in. More important, Hudak's Ontario PCers are leading in the polls and the party's tilting heavily to the right with calls for right-to-work legislation, and cuts to public service. Hey, Hudak's made it clear that he's not going to play nice with teachers.

I suspect Hudak and Wynne factor played into the high school teacher's union decision to go back to extracirriculars without any apparent concessions. I wouldn't be surprised if the Elementary teachers union do as well in the upcoming days.

Politics has an elementy of theatre to it. The general public likes it. Predicting how it's going to turn out is half the fun of watching. ;)
