I'd say Charlie Hebdo is about as disgusting a press instrument as one can imagine and they cannot even draw well.
I read that this wasn't the intended meaning. Ape-man in the foreground isn't meant to represent a Muslim, just a typical man.
It's saying, really, that all men are pigs, and the attacks have not much to do with Islam.
