Some Fox News North Viewership Numbers. Bolding is mine:
This past Sunday in prime time, SNN's Charles Adler drew 7,000 viewers at 8ET, Brian Lilley 4,000 at 9 and Ezra Levant 2,000 overnight, estimated 2+ viewers at 10 p.m.

I wonder how many of those 2,000 viewers just have it on for the background noise.

If the car crash gawkers stopped watching, their ratings wouldn't be in the toilet -- they'd be in the sewer.
"Fox news north" is not going to last.They came into being at a time when reform-wing type-conservatism seems to have pretty much ran it's course.
Indeed the whole rational for such a channel was to try and capitalize on this now fading trend.
Of course there are always die-hard's but again I believe the numbers are just not there to make this venture (pandering to the lowest common denominator) viable in the long run.
That said only time will tell I suppose...
