Beyond the obvious, what do a far-right Italian politician, the president of the John Birch Society and former U.S. Rep. Ron Paul have in common?
In early September, the men are all scheduled to speak – along with a lengthy list of archconservative clergy, lawyers and academics – at a conference in Canada sponsored by the Fatima Center, part of the “radical traditionalist Catholic” movement, perhaps the single largest group of hard-core anti-Semites in North America.
My question concerns this:
...from here. What the hell is the guy who wrote "Shake Hands With The Devil" doing speaking to this bunch? I am told his office has already been contacted. I'll fire him off another email this eveningish. Probably another case of somebody not doing their homework before booking a speaking engagement.

Actually, the themes of the conference, such as
"World Revolution and Diabolical Disorientation", "Masonry in European Politics", "Seeing the Satanic Playout from the Beginning to the Present", "The Principle and the Gross Injustice of Usury", "The Financial Enslavement of the West ", and "We're Being Led to a One World Government and a One World Religion"
sound a lot more lively and entertaining than the drab fare Ezra delivered to seniors on his "Freedom Cruise" slumberfest. Peladeau and Wildrose organizers could have ditched Ezra, suspected of "sacrificing babies to pagan gods" and invited some of these speakers over to perk up slumbering seniors with talk of "diabolical" and "Satanic" threats to their very existence. I especially appreciate the conspiracy theories offered by these schismatic fringe Catholics wherein they assert that Satanism is flourishing inside the Vatican itself.
