Ontario To Canada: You Owe Us, You Ungrateful Pricks

Ontario has subsidized the rest of this frozen craphole of a nation since before the latest generation of carpers and whiners huddled under skins sucking their mama's tit in a Yert outside of Mushaboo.  If Ontario hadn't financed Abasand Oils, Great Canadian, and on and on, Albertans would still be struggling to rise up from the muck and mire, and hunting down mastodons with bone-tipped spears.  If not for Ontario, Newsfies would be eating their belts come the first hard winter, rather than lolling in the arms of the nanny state.  But no.  It's OK.  You don't have to say thank you.  But if things get a little tough here for a few years, suck it up and act Canadian. Alright?

I think more accurately, the equalization program works against Ontario quite specifically since Harper started to restructure the thing and changed the rules.

Ontario was, is and always will be the place where Canada goes to get its money. That can never change. Jim Flaherty made that quite clear.

In order for Alberta to become the economic driver of Canada's economy and therefore agenda setter Ontario had to be disabled and de-industrialized.

The strategy was clear from day one. Does no one remember Flaherty ranting on about not knowing why anyone would invest in Ontario?

Ontario was intentionally gutted by the Harperians and still there are Ontarians stupid enough to vote for the prick and his minions.

Isn't Ontario receiving equalization from other provinces including Newfoundland & Labrador at the moment? I don't mean directly from provinces but from our taxes? If people from Ontario are feeling hard done by, read a book called "Don't Tell the Newfoundlanders" by Greg Malone. The Newfoundland fishery was sold out when Alberta couldn't sell its wheat in 1950 or there about, and the PM asked Russia to purchase the wheat from Alberta with no holds barred fishing rights of the Grand Banks of Newfoundland. It was the beginning of the end of the Fishery in Newfoundland. Plus, when Newfoundland illegally joined Confederation they lost Ore, and Electrical rights in Labrador. All this because Newfoundland wanted an economic alliance with the US. Poor, poor Ontario.

"Mastodon". Not "mastadon".

Honestly.

Let's get things straight here!
Newfoundland is the second wealthiest province in Canada not SASK. Newfoundland's daily oil production is second to Alberta.
