Because this is standard CON behaviour:
1) entitled CON minister attends CON gathering
2) some fellow CON member swipes his jacket/bling/velvet painting
3) minister whines, screams and kicks
4) punk- minister lacky demands CON group to reimburse said minister $5000 for an $800 jacket/bling/velvet painting
5) after some pressure, minister admits item was only worth $800
6) gets new suede jacket from Canada Action Fund/focus group overpayment
7) whines that anyone cares
