Vancouver, BC – The Vancouver Aquarium invites you to help name our baby beluga!
Canadians are invited to submit a name suggestion at visitvanaqua.org from November 9 to 22. The name should reflect the Arctic origin of beluga whales and honour Inuit culture and language.

BCL, you're insulting the Beluga by asking if the Dumpster, oops I mean Duffster is an Inuit word.
Is there not an Arctic Weasel that needs a new name?
Please don't insult the baby. The baby is cute - Duffy's not.
FYI, this isn't mathematical linguistics but it is real . . . the language is Inuktitut, Inuit are the people, Inuk is a person. Titut is the language suffix
So you will have Inuit kids saying someone speaks "Kadlunatitut" (English) or "Japanessetitut" or "Chineseetitut"
The best one is WeeWeettitut . . . French
Qui, qui. C'est vrai.
Iqaluit-capital of Nunavut.
Iqualuit-person with unwiped behind.
Daffy-Arctic duck.
Duffy-person with unwiped behind mouth.
The Chicoms are trying to weaken our moral fibre again, I see.
