Spot Helena!

The further to the right, the further "back" in the back-benches you are. The real plan is here.

I guess the only seat they had left was next to the washroom?

What's amazing when you lay it out like that is the really high percentage of MP's who are nowhere near household names. I think I may recognize more names from the US Senate.

Lucky her...She can paint eyes on her eyelids and just nod off.

I don't know whatever possessed Miss Huronia to want to go into politics in the first place.

How humiliating for Princess Helena.

She didn't even show up in the HOC, today.

Backbenches are too much of a hell hole for her.

As for what ever possessed her to go into politics, thats easy she has an inflated ego, and a grand sense of her own self importance.

I wonder what possessed the voters in Simcoe-Grey to vote for her, in the numbers that they did.

It's not like her ignorance and stupidity, were not well known quantities.

Wish I could laugh. Looks like Charest's Liberals just managed to bury the party in Quebec. Here comes Harper's majority...

Shiner, Charest has always governed as a Conservative even under the provincial Liberal banner...

The only good thing to come out of the Charest Liberals was Mulcair...

Maybe Princess Helena is not back from her vacation yet. She was vacationing in the Dominican Republic when she was called by Harper.

Damn, Harper bothering her while she's having fun in the sun

Charest is a Conservative, no surprise there, it's part of the public record. But the Liberal brand, only now recovering after a decade, is linked to him and it looks like they've been selling spots on the Bench.

That's highly debatable, I find Mulcair to be one of the more obnoxious members of the federal NDP.

After years of PQ incompetence and corruption, Charest has done a lot of good in that province. Also he's a Red Tory. Big difference. If you want to see what the current crop of conservatism would do to la belle, then imagine Premier Dumont at the helm.

As for Charest's current problems, I can't say I'm surprised. Scandal and corruption come to every government once it ages past it's 'best before' date, the political party makes no difference. Just with some governments the scandals come faster than others, the Reformatories are an example of that. Harper's collected more dirt in 4 years than 13 years of combined Chretien/Martin Liberal rule. The big spending scandal to finish him off is coming this fall, just watch.
