Because there are still questions to be answered:1) Did Helena call PEI a "hellhole" or a "shit-hole"? Early reports were ambiguous.

4) Was the "level of verbal abuse and disorderly conduct" Helena employed enough to land her time in Club Fed(though not, apparently, enough to get her booted from cabinet)?

Helena just suffers from Senate seat envy. Seriously, every province should have 1 Senator per 30k of population! Why should PEI have all the fun?
