Another shot of the G20 security scene in downtown T.O., via Impolitical (who gets i from someone else who, presumably, works downtown. Hopefully, he doesn't get found out and busted as a terrorist).
Yesterday I saw three police in a vehicle on Church St sleeping at $120 per hour each.
Were they Toronto police? Kevin Page's preliminary report says that out-of-town security is costing something like $100,000 a pop... which would be about $1,400 an hour.
The other day some idiot on the local talk radio was ranting on and on about a postal worker who was sleeping on the job. (I sometimes tune in to find out what the right wing is up to).
A hundred bucks says this doesn't rate a mention on that show.

There's six cops, but only five of them are carrying donuts. The other guy is security?
Whoever took the photo can expect a knock on the door today.
