Stephen Harper Steps Down!

The Pundits Guide mentioned this first, and Mr. Harper confirmed it to me via email earlier this morning. His explanation:

Moving to the UK for work.

Oh yeah, this is Stephen Harper, Green Party candidate for Burnaby-Douglas.
