In 2003, Jim Flaherty was head axe wielder (ie finance minister) for the Ernie Eves government. Late that year, Eves was defeated and Dalton McGuinty's Liberals took over. The end result of years of cuts?

He may have done it before.... but do you honestly think Harper has no say in this?
Harper chose Flaherty as finance minister, didn't he?
Other provinces just don't understand, unfortunately.
What Flaherty also forgot to mention is that he hid a $5B deficit from Ontarians and it wasn't discovered until the Liberals took power.
