T.O. Mayor Race Battle Of Baldys?

No way. Jah would never give the power to a bald head. This guy's my man, if he runs. Because its a pity to waste a good politician, and anyway it'd be good to have him tied up when the PCPO decide they want him back.
And who the hell is Rocco Rossi?

George Smitherman: If he has good ideas for Toronto, he might have a chance to become mayor. Negative: very abrasive.

Rocco Rossi?: Sorry, you may be a nice guy and you may have lead a charity campaign or two. However, name recognition is important at the local level. Rocco could act as a spoiler against George by taking away a percent or two of the vote away from George.

John Tory: Front runner. He needs to declare an overall direction for Toronto. As a front runner, he doesn't need to get picky about the details. Play middle of the road. Don't present yourself as a slash-n-burn politician. You can do the slashing and burning after the election if you become mayor. Don't say anything stupid. Also, get some supporters to run as candidates for council. Being mayor is just one vote out of 44. Your ideas won't matter if the council opposes you all the way.

Adam Giambrone and others: I think those who are on the left of the ideological spectrum will take a pass at the mayor's race. It will be hard to defend supporting David Miller's policies. It would be better to wait four years and oppose a sitting mayor who may make cuts to public services.

Obviously, Stephen LeDrew ran in the wrong election.
