Billy isn't even allowed to be using the Internet. He was convicted of hate crimes early last year and spent several months in prison. When released, he was back online in about a week and has been thumbing his nose at the legal system ever since. He's covered on the pages of our blog:

Nobody knows what's happened, not even on the blue wave site. And its still down as of 11 am Sun.
They were headed for Whitby last I heard.
