Lots of time to turn it around, and a series of decent economic reports like this should help with those trust numbers on the economy. Still a bit worrying, however.
A lot of us are not going to vote Liberal provincially until there is actual action taken over the policing at the G20. He owns that pile of stinking garbage, and he will until either he resigns or until we the people of Canada finally get to find out who set up the clusterfuck to go as badly as it did.
Poly I think you could make a reasonable case that most of the ownership of that particular debacle should reside in the PMO's office and the local police force rather than with the Libs. This is not to say that they're blame free, mind you.
TBL, thanks for the link to the poll. Personally i was surprised at how low jobs/economy is on the list with health care on top. that i think is the silver lining for the libs as they're most trusted on that particular issue....
It could be the simple fact Liberals are not interested in listening to the concerns of taxpayers in ridings they can't win. It appears if the polls hold up the list will be very large.
As a former Liberal supporter (I came close to seeking the McGuinty-led Liberal nomination in my riding a few years back) I find this troubling to say the least. This is a government that came to power with promise but has deteriorated beyond the point of no return. That deterioration just never seems to end.

Well.
Maybe there is intelligent life east of Manitoba after all :)
Marlowe: The Liberals pulled the stunt with the Public Works Act to help enable the behaviour. They own it just as much as the Feds do.

Uh huh, the usual "I used to be a liberal" crap from CS followed up by a link to an opinion column. Guess facts are still impossible to get from CS.
Oh well back to your wanking CS.
