As for the article, I'll take wind turbine sound levels over my neighbour's diesel truck, motorcycles in the summer and tanker trunks transporting gasoline to service stations any day.
The point is not how load the wind turbines are, but how loud the anti-turbine critics are when amplified by a press that hasn't asked a cogent question in 20 years, if that.
The one that had me shaking my head are the doofuses who bitched and moaned and whinged about a proposed windfarm project that was to be set up a kilometer or so off shore from the Scarborough bluffs. Not in my backyard? Give me an effin' break!!!
