The French Are Shocked and Appalled

...by Canada's welching on its Kyoto commitments. French environment minister, Nelly Olin, said:

"I am extremely disappointed, extremely disappointed, because we worked for years with, notably, (former environment minister) Stephane Dion on a policy that seemed coherent."

She also claimed to be entirely unimpressed by Rona Ambrose' hair, which she compared unfavorably with her own curly blonde locks.

Better than Rona?

How dare she? That's it. I suggest we change the name of the northernmost tip of Quebec to "Cap de la Nouvelle Freedom."

...by the way, that's pretty big hair for a French woman. I say Rona wins that round.

Well, Nelly's hair looks more "formidable", doesn't it? Like a helmet of burnished gold.

I don't know. She looks a lot like Cheryl Gallant here. I'm sure Mme Olin would be mortified to find out that she looks like a campagnarde from Renfrew County, Ontario, or that, apparently, her lovely frock can be purchased at SAANS in Pembroke.

obviously she has never read Dion's "Project Green". It's actually wants to bring back the One Tonne Challnge as a technique of meeting Kyoto.

It promises less the Rona's plan and has been ripped from top to asshole by numerous groups - check out the C.D. How Commentary # 234

France Sucks,

C.D. Howe are paid monkeys for Corporate Canada. They say what they are paid to say, and therefore are irrelevant.

But I'm interested in your opinion of Olin's hair.

You're attracting a really low element, BCL. I haven't made a joke about "pubes" since high school.

If they're here, they're not running loose in the streets, Ti-Guy. I'm performing a public service.
