Stephen Taylor Appeals To Ex-Pat To Smear Ignatieff For Being An Ex-Pat
Stephen is still trying to justify the Tory's disastrous new ad campaign and, not being a particularly coherent thinker, he calls upon Canadian born, New York based writer Elisabeth Eaves to sling his mud for him.

Actually, if you read the whole Forbes article, it is actually quite positive about Ignatieff. It contains both positives and negatives, but overall positive. Taylor just selected one quote from it to suit his purpose.
And there's that too.
Keep telling yourself that it doesn't matter until your next leadership post mortem.
