Ontario Tories Have More Fun

In which anonymous Tories re purpose a "Notice of Criminal Investigation" issued during the Sask. NDP leadership race and send it around to ethnic Tories in an attempt to put them off voting.

Note the cop who wrote the letter; he's definitely Sask. RCMP. Although it looks like some local (Ontario) content has been added.
