Former Head Of CHRC Jennifer Lynch Passes

Something I didn't know about her:

As the last President of the National P.C. Women's Caucus, Jennifer was an advocate for the involvement and advancement of women in politics. She was proud to serve as Chief of Staff to the Right Honourable Joe Clark, then P.C. Party Leader. 

Pity.  The woman took alot of crap from MSM journalists who should have known better but who, their jobs become thankless drudgery before inevitable lay-offs, chose to atack Canada's human rights apparatus in a rawly self-interested attempt to make their profession  even less accountable.

In any case, Rest In Peace Ms. Lynch.

Your Daily Nazi: A Real Enemies List

The Folks at ARC point out the distinction between a CHRC clippings file--which first sent the Speechy Tribe into a frenzy of self-righteous paranoia, and then into a fit of depression when they realized that the State not only wasn't watching but didn't give a shit about them-- and a real enemies list, compiled by Stormfront, of the CHRC's various employees. Check marks beside their names mean that personal and professional information has been posted to the Stormfront site.

Many fans of James Von Brunn on Stormfront, it should be noted.

Jennifer Lynch's "Enemies List" Really A Collection Of Media Clippings

From The Lynch Mob, after filing an access to information request...disappointment!

To be honest, Jennifer’s list, the supposed Enemies list, although impressive in its own right, reads more like a collection of media and press mentions than anything else. Indeed, it mentions letters to the editor, editorials, media reports, and the like – although it references very few blogs. I saw no mention of Blazing Cat Fur, Five Feet of Fury, Ezra Levant’s site – you know, the usual suspects. And it’s not as if Jennifer Lynch isn’t aware of these sites. So I think it’s safe the say that this list – or at least the list which I received – is not nearly so personal as some may have thought. It reads more like a ‘media’ file such as many companies and organizations have compiled than anything else.

But of course this very innocuousness may be a sign of a DEEPER CONSPIRACY!!! The author demands an accounting of the CHRC's bureaucratic procedures!!

Who compiled this list of 1001 entries – 49 pages worth? Was it part-time? Was it full-time? Was it on the public dime or during off-hours? Was it compiled by Jennifer Lynch, or by another member of the CHRC, or by whoever wished to add an entry? Is this list still being added to? And for what purpose?

Or...wait for it...maybe this ISNT THE RIGHT LIST!!!

*There remains, of course, the possibility that what I have received is not, in fact, the list that Jennifer Lynch was referring to, in which case I’ve either been had, or it was a genuine mistake on the part of the CHRC’s information liaison. If this is the case, then I suppose we may find out in the future that there was, indeed, a real Nixonian enemies list, and if that happens, then I hope to find out about it

Nervertheless our guy appears to be ready to move on.

The comments are also a hoot, as the Speechy Gang laments the fact they haven't made the cut as enemies of the state after trying soooo hard.

Don't worry kids. You'll find another conspiracy theory. Obama is still black and-- some people say--not even American.

Does Green Shift Even HAVE Any Clients?

For anyone who hasn't been following this story, Jennifer Lynch's Green Shift™ is the Toronto-based enviromental services company who took the Liberals to court for trademark infringement back in July, and settled with the party just around the time of the election call. One of the more curious aspects of the case is that, despite the company's insistence that its clients were being scared off by the LPoC actions, they were never able to provide an up-to-date list of these clients. At one point they claimed to be hiding it from hostile media outlets, but of course this explanation can't apply anymore.

So now the company has changed its reasoning again. By my count we are up to five different excuse since Mid-July:

We are planning to repost the list of all of the companies and institutions who are a part of the Green Shift™ program but due to the legal battle that we have just resolved, we need a few days to re-evaluate.

We'll see how long it takes them to get into double digits.
