Accused Bomber's Publication Ban To Be Challenged
As is standard in bail proceedings, the evidence presented in Mr. [Hassan] Diab's is covered by a publication ban. The Citizen is attending the hearing at the Elgin Street courthouse and intends to report on the outcome.
