Give Me Liberty, Or Give Me Piss

 Drought-Stricken Texas Town  faces choice between conserving water or drinking own waste products, chooses to drink own waste products.   The American spirit is strong in these ones.  Not that I should really be making light.  When you're facing the kind of extreme conditions that the American South has been up against, well, you know urine deep trouble.  Bah Hah!
