Ontario Tory Front Runner Disqualified?

Tim Hudak has apparently missed the deadline to hand in hard copies of his membership forms to back up the electronic versions. This might mean he is disqualified , or that the memberships he has signed up are disqualified. And if neither happens, it will be legitimate to ask why not? The Ontario Tory Leadership race just got a whole lot more interesting.
