Bob Rae: Don't Want No White Men Around Here

Probably the most famous Jobmart ad in Ontario history:

The competition [for this position] is limited to the following employment equity designated groups: aboriginal peoples, francophones, persons with disabilities, racial minorities and women.

By the way, I am only picking on Bob today because Iggy's campaign strategy appears to be "you can't do anything stupid if you don't do anything at all". If someone spots the guy moving, please let me know.

But the point is: the attacks on Bob Rae, should he become Liberal Party leader, will not only concern Ontario's economic performance when he was premier. They will also tee-off on some of the weird, doctrinaire Lefty stuff that came out of his government.

PS. I also vaguely remember Bob Rae's taxes on "YouBrew" outfits, and I am working on a post in which I characterize Bob as "anti-beer".

Taxes on "YouBrew"...anti-beer?
Well that does it for me. Sorry Bob, but in these economic times all I can afford is YouBrew beer, and I won't risk that for anything. You're on your own pal!

If everyone keeps talking about it, they sure will, including the little Con wackjobs who were still breastfeeding when Rae was in power.

I swear, the Liberals are choosing a leader like a parody of parents choosing a baby name and discarding those choices for the teasing they creatively think up and anticipate the child will be subjected to. It's neurotic.

The real reason none of this should matter is because...none of it does matter.

What should matter is what approach Rae would take in handling circumstances that have arisen as a result of events in very recent history and those likely to occur in the future.
