I want to let all Local 79 members know that we believe we are close to a negotiated settlement.
It is important that we maintain a strong presence on the picket lines until we reach an agreement on your behalf.
Local 79 will continue to work around the clock until we get there.
Not tomorrow, but maybe by Wednesday. That would get the workers back in time for a late August paycheck, as I understand it.
